Hi I'm László Tanka. I am an event photographer based in Salonta, Romania.
I have always loved creating, the processes behind making things always fascinated me, and throughout all of my childhood, I always dreamt about becoming a creator of some sort. My first experience with photography dates back to my early childhood, where I as a kid was responsible for making memories using our compact camera on family trips. This slowly faded away as i grew older, but my passion for creating remained.
but eventually in 2022 I tried out a more serious type of photography for a competition, I haven't won, but my love for photography relit in me. I bought a camera to start this new hobby of mine, which slowly became a career path i wanted to pursue. I've started volunteering as a photographer at the town festival for the concerts and events, then for other events organised by the town hall. This opened my mind in the way of photographic genre we call event photography.
In the summer of 2023 i've took a photography class to further pursue my career, which taught me a lot about other niches of photography, and client work.
On this website I try to showcase some of my best works, and my passion for creating, and capturing memories that are the most important in one's life.

Szia, Tanka László vagyok, egy eseményfotós Nagyszalontáról, Romániából.
A folyamat a dolgok készítése, kreálása mögött mindig is lenyűgözött, és egész gyerekkoromban, arról álmodtam, hogy valamiféle kreatív szakmában helyezkedek el.
Az első tapasztalatom a fotózással, a korai gyerekkoromig vezethető vissza, hiszen gyerekként én voltam felelős, a kirándulások alkalmával, az emlékek megőrzésére a család kompakt kamerája segítségével. Ahogyan cseperedtem, ez lassan elpárolgott, és egyre kevesebbet vettem elő a gépet, viszont az alkotásra való vágyam maradt.
2022-ben kipróbáltam magam a fotográfia egy komolyabb formájában, és jelentkeztem egy pályázatra. Nem nyertem, helyezést sem értem el, viszont a fotózás szikrája ismét fellángolt bennem.
Nem sokkal később vásároltam egy kamerát, hogy elkezdhessem komolyabban űzni az új hobbim, amely lassan egy karrierútvonallá vált bennem, melyet elkezdtem követni.
Elkezdtem önkéntes fotósként dolgozni a városnapokon, később más eseményeket is segítettem megörökíteni, így felnyílt a szemem egy számomra eddig részben ismeretlen fotóstílusra, az eseményfotózásra.
2023 nyarán eldöntöttem, hogy ezt szeretném tovább fejleszteni, így részt vettem egy tanfolyamon, ahol sok más stílusról és technikáról, emelett az ügyfelekkel való munkáról is tanulhattam.
Ezen a weboldalon, próbálom megmutatni néhány legjobb munkámat, és az alkotásra és az emberek életének legemlékezetesebb pillanatainak megörökítésére szóló szenvedélyemet.

Salut, sunt László Tanka, un fotograf de eveniment din Salonta, România.
Procesul de a produce ceva, de a crea ceva mi-a fascinat de mult timp, și în toată copilărie am visat de un job creativ.
Prima experiența mea cu fotografia, s-a întâmplat în copilărie, când aveam numai câteva ani. Eu, copilul familiei am fost responsabil de capturarea momentelor, memoriilor prețioase când mergeam la excursii, folosind aparatul compact al familiei. Crescând, am pierdut fascinația de a captura momentele, am luat camera foto în mână mai rar, dar dorul pentru creație a rămas.
În anul 2022 m-am încercat în lumea fotografiei din nou, și m-am înscris într-un concurs de fotografie. Nu am câștigat nici-un premiu, dar am primit înapoi sentimentul fotografiei.
Nu mai mult înainte, am cumpărat un aparat fotografic, pentru a începe hobby-ul meu nou, care încet și-a transformat într-o cale de carieră.
Am început câteva joburi voluntare, ca și fotograf la zilele orașului, mai târziu, am ajutat la capturarea și a altor evenimente organizate de oraș. Prin acest pas, m-am deschis ochii spre un tip de fotografie necunoscută mie, fotografie de eveniment.
În vara anului 2023 am decis, că vreau să mă dezvolt și am început un curs foto, unde am învățat mai multe niche-uri de fotografie, și alte tehnici de a fotografia.
Pe acest site, încerc să prezint cele mai bune proiecte mele, și pasiunea mea de a crea, de a captura momentele prețioase, din viața oamenilor.
